The ASICS GEL-RESOLUTION 5 brings back the kind of performance tennis design that only really makes sense now. Originally released in 2013, the silhouette comes straight out of the ASICS archive with all the layered support-heavy details that made technical court shoes from that era so good.

The upper keeps its structured overlay build intact, borrowing directly from the original performance setup while feeling much more natural as an everyday sneaker today.

The TPU heel cage still wraps into the midsole for that unmistakable stability-focused look, giving the shoe a slightly aggressive shape.

Underfoot is where things get updated properly. FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning reworks the original tooling with a softer, lighter and bouncier feel, while rearfoot GEL® cushioning keeps things comfortable through long wear.
